法院裁定对盛大游戏名下“热血传奇”商标采取保全措施

2017年5月9日，上海市浦东新区人民法院正式受理娱美德起诉盛大游戏(香港)有限公司的全资子公司(“盛大游戏”)盛趣信息技术(上海)有限公司(“盛趣”)要求返还“热血传奇”商标所有权的案件。

On May 9, 2017, the Shanghai Pudong New Area People’s Court has accepted Wemade’s lawsuit to claim the ownership of the “热血传奇” trademarks registered by Shengqu Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (“Shengqu”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Shanda Games Holdings(HK)Limited (“Shanda Games”)

同时，为防止在诉讼期间盛趣转移系争“热血传奇”商标，娱美德申请法院对盛趣名下相关“热血传奇”商标采取保全措施。

At the same time, to prevent Shengqu from transferring the“热血传奇” trademarks during the litigation, Wemade has requested the court to take preservation measure in regards to the related trademarks.

2017年6月5日，法院同意娱美德的申请、裁定采取保全措施。

On June 5, 2017, the court has upheld Wemade’s request and ruled to adopt the preservation measures

作为热血传奇游戏的共同权利者，依据许可协议的约定，娱美德依法要求盛大游戏归还“热血传奇”商标权。

As the co-licensor of the Legend of Mir II game, Wemade is exercising its’ basic legal right to request the return of the “热血传奇” trademarks, as stipulated in the Licensing Agreement between the relevant parties.
